T2200 — Declaration of Conditions of Employment

The T2200 is a form signed by your employer to certify that you were required to work from home and pay certain employment expenses. StudioTax does not have a T2200 form — you do not enter it into the software.

If you have received a signed T2200 from your employer, use it to claim your work-from-home expenses by adding the T777(1) form to your return. The T777 is where the actual deduction is calculated and claimed.

Keep the T2200 with your records in case the CRA requests it — do not mail it with your return.
