You can always check the status of your Netfile transmission using the menu Tools -> Show Filing History. The filing history shows the result of each transmission attempt — whether it succeeded or failed.

  • If the transmission was successful, you will see a Confirmation number in the filing history.
  • If the transmission failed, the errors returned by CRA will be listed there instead.

If you see errors, make sure to fix them before trying to transmit again.
