TP-1.D-V: If a cell number is added, then a selection need to be made to receive notifications by text. Start the wizard and make the changes.

How to fix it

You cannot modify the Communication preferences section directly in the form.

To modify the values, you need to use the wizard:

  1. Open the wizard and use the Next button until you see this page. Then press the blue ‘Add or modify your email…’ button:

  1. Modify your e-mail address. Once you have done this, return to the form and you should see the new value:
